I love red potatoes because they are so versatile, do not forget all the vitamins that go into a meal if you add the red potato as a side dish. * In a 21 / 2 to 3 qt pot fill with enough water to cover potatoes about 2 inches
* Approx 2-3 potatoes for each adult
* Clean the skin or peel potatoes
* Quarter potatoes, then cut each quarter in half (you should potato piece)
* Cook the potatoes on medium-high until soft, drain, then water (about 20 minutes)
* Put the potatoes back to a very low heat
* With a potato masher to crush the potatoes, then mix with a mixer or a fork or whisk
- For all 6POTATOES
* In addition, about 1 teaspoon butter and 1 tablespoon milk
* Add salt, pepper and mix well

(Variation) - add about 1 tablespoon of sour cream for every 6 potatoes
